Return & Cancellations
We offer a 24hrs Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is damaged/defective, you can return it on the spot.
Please note that the above policies do not apply to all pincodes. To see our return policy for your location, share your pincode with us.
On the off-chance that a defect appears in the product after it is delivered, please reach us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 9729996644. We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.
Our product comes with zero cancellation charges, until the time of delivery.
Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Once your return claim is accepted, Refund will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account. For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per Jfwoods refund policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to your ship-to address for delivery purposes (“Delivery Attempt”). However, in case of any Made To Order product (“MTO”) cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 35% of the order value as a restocking fee.
Cancellation after delivery/installation - Products once delivered and installed cannot be returned.
Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.
In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel, Service Associate or other responsible personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number (9729996644) or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damage or defect will be assessed in 24hrs and a solution may be offered. If in the opinion of Jfwoods the product is defective, the product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Jfwoods, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of Jfwoods there is no defect in the product, Jfwoods shall return the same product back to you and no further action will be taken. Jfwoods shall have the sole right to determine whether a product is defective or not.
The cancellation policies mentioned here do not apply to certain pincodes
For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
For upholstery / fragile items (Sofa, Glass, and Mirrors etc.) please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
