Warranty Terms : 
There is a 1-year warranty on the structure which protects the buyer from manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects are identified as collapsing of Wooden Structure.
Normal usage or normal wear is not covered under warranty. All cushions soften with regular use and conform to the shape of the user over time.
Fibre-filled backs and armrests will flatten with regular use.
There is no warranty on the upholstery.

The product comes with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects.
Jfwoods strongly recommend to follow the care instructions for long lasting use of your product. Warranty doesn't cover the defects and parts that are occurring due to natural wear and the breakage, any mishandling or misuse of product, The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use. Latent changes arising due to change in weather conditions.Please retain the invoice to claim the warranty
 

Returns & Cancellations

1. BUSINESS
1.1. The Website is a platform for online sale of furniture and home decor merchandise (“products”) and allied services ("services") offered by JFWOODS  and the purchase of products and service by you. For point of clarity, the products and services are manufactured and sold, under the brand “Jfwoods”, which is owned by Jfwoods. Jfwoods also delivers the products to You directly or through our logistics team or courier partners.
1.2. Jfwoods has the right to change or discontinue any products and service at any time, without notice. Jfwoods may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. Jfwoods shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any product or any aspect of the services.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1. Jfwoods sells a variety of products. Services, such as shipping, in relation to the products shall be per the Jfwoods policy, which may be changed by Jfwoods from time to time.
3. SERVICES
3.1. You should take all responsibility for Your own actions in utilizing the products and service and the Website in relation to the services availed or purchased by You and Jfwoods shall not be liable for any such action or consequence thereof.
3.2. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from purchasing products or receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.
4. PRICING INFORMATION
4.1. The Pricing Information relating to the product shall be as displayed on the Website and as disclosed to You at the time of Your purchase/order.
4.2. Jfwoods does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest for similar products within any given locality, city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to You.
4.3. While Jfwoods strives to provide accurate information relating to products and services including pricing information, but typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Jfwoods will have the right to modify the price of the product or services and contact You for further instructions via e-mail address provided by You at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify You of such cancellation. If Jfwoods cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to Your account from which the payment was made.
5. CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You might be required to provide Your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard You agree to provide valid, correct and accurate credit / debit card details to the approved payment gateways for purchasing products or availing services on the Website. You shall not use the credit / debit card that is not lawfully owned by You. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. 6. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
6.1. Your shipping address and pin code will be verified for serviceability with the database of Jfwoods before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. If Your order is not serviceable by representatives of Jfwoods or the area/pin code is not covered, we will request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have within Jfwoods serviceable area. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or delivery of services for the area not covered by Jfwoods, Jfwoods will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product or services. You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but the shipping address must be within India, in an area serviceable by us.
6.2. In case You book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Once the products ordered by You reach the nearby delivery centre and Jfwoods makes Delivery Attempt once, and You cancel the delivery the products, Jfwoods will try to hold the products in the delivery centre for a week, beyond which if You do not take the delivery of the products, Jfwoods shall be free to cancel the order.
  7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
CANCELLATIONS: -
7.1. Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. For cancellation requests please get in touch with us on our customer care number (9729996644) or write to us at care@jfwoods.in. For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per Jfwoods refund policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to your ship-to address for delivery purposes (“Delivery Attempt”). However, in case of any Made To Order product (“MTO”) cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged  35% of the order value as a restocking fee.
7.2. Cancellation after delivery/installation - Products once delivered and installed cannot be returned.
7.3. Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.
7.4. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel, Service Associate or other responsible personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number (9729996644) or write to us at care@jfwoods.in . Damage or defect will be assessed in 24hrs and a solution may be offered. If in the opinion of Jfwoods the product is defective, the product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Jfwoods, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of Jfwoods there is no defect in the product, Jfwoods shall return the same product back to you and no further action will be taken. Jfwoods shall have the sole right to determine whether a product is defective or not.
7.5. The cancellation policies mentioned here do not apply to certain pincodes.
RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS: -
8.1. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, you can return it on the spot, at the time of delivery. No requests for return will be accepted post delivery.
9. Shipping And Delivery
9.1. In case we are yet to start delivery and post sales services in your city, whenever Jfwoods finds it operationally possible, we may deliver the product at your doorstep (provided a) You make advance payment of the entire order amount at the time of placing the order and b) the transportation cost is borne by you at actuals in advance). For such areas we will not be able to provide installation service and the products will not be covered under any warranty. However, at Jfwoods sole discretion, Jfwoods may solve  any post sales related issues and provide installation services, provided you get the product to the nearest Delivery Center at your own cost and risk. Please get in touch with the customer service at the call centre for further enquiries.
9.2. Please note Jfwoods does not give any kind of After Sales service where the sales have been made to business or corporate offices.
9.3. The prices on website are subject to price fluctuations, due to various factors. Once an order is placed by you, you will be liable to pay such amount as was displayed on the date of the order and the invoice.
9.4. We deliver to certain pincodes only conditionally. In such cases, you may need to make an advance payment or minimum purchase value for your order to be eligible for delivery. For such locations, warranty, and after-sales service will also not be available. To know the exact conditions for your delivery location.
9.5. All services are provided on an “as is” basis.  Jfwoods makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the services, in particular those of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for purpose.

11. Governing Law
11.1. These Supply Terms and the relationship between you and Jfwoods
shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to
conflict of laws principles.
11.2. All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to these Supply Terms or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between You and Jfwoods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ambala City and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts

In case of wooden furniture, please note that wood has inherent qualities such as marginal differences in stain and varnish, unique grain patterns etc. These are visible on a finished product and result in two otherwise identical items looking different. These are natural features of wood that provide character to each piece of wooden furniture and are accepted as per Industry standards. Small knots are also sometimes visible on the surface which is filled in by the furniture craftsmen during manufacture.

Placing an order: Please check dimensions of the stairway and entrance to your premise before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the product inside. In such a situation we will not be able to accept return or cancellation. There are some items that you will need to assemble on your own or you will need to arrange your own carpenter for assembly.

On Delivery: For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5% happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item. In case of dust or a lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a cloth will help. This is an accepted method for cleaning the surface of a furniture item and making it shine.

Damages: Jfwoods shipping arrangements to your doorstep have been designed to ensure a zero-damage, hassle-free experience, please contact us immediately, in case:

- Your item has any scratches or breakage that unfortunately might have occurred in the course of transit warranting your item to be fixed

- Any instruction manual, screws, nuts etc that might have been missed, should be informed to Customer Support immediately, so that they can arrange for the same to be delivered to you

- In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to care@jfwoods.in or whatsapp us to 9729996644

Your request will be processed as soon as we receive the photographs of the damage product. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part. 
Cancellations: We accept cancellation of furniture orders up to 24 hours of placing the same.

Sofa is supported on a foundation of 3 inch wide elastic bands, thicker and more durable than the industry standard.
Anti-sag construction
Sofa is designed to combat sagging. The multi-density foam in the seat cushions reduces sagging due to prolonged use. A grid of polyfill pockets in the back cushions prevents the cushions from weighing down because of gravity.

Wooden Structure for Fabric & Leatherette Sofa made in Chemically Treated Kiln dried Hard Wood (Meranti Wood) reinforced by Furniture grade Engineered wood. Tempered S-spring to give the maximum comfort and durability. Webbing construction reinforced to spring & mattress. Polyurethane foam of 32 density. Cushion filled with nonconjugated polyfill.

Quality Promise

A lot of care has gone into choosing the materials that go into making your product. And with continued care, they will share your address for many years. 
Please keep the following in mind to ensure a long life for your sofa:
1. Avoid outdoor use and exposure to water or prolonged moisture.
2. Avoid exposure to direct heat or sunlight as this can cause the sofa colour to fade.
3. Keep sharp objects away from your sofa. A little tear on the fabric cover may be hard to repair.
4. If you have removable back cushions (or put extra cushions on your sofa), do reverse them periodically and fluff them up while arranging so that the cushion stays even.
5. Vacuum your sofas periodically with a soft bristled brush attachment or lightly brush them to keep general dirt and dust off the sofa and prevent any embedding between the fibres.
6. Try to avoid food and drink spillage of any kind. If spills occur, do not leave unattended.
7. In case of a stain, a water-free fabric cleaner can be used. However, avoid applying the cleaner directly on the stain as this can cause damage to the fabric and fade colour. Pour the cleaner onto a clean cloth and test its effect on a hidden area of the sofa before cleaning the stain with the cloth.
8. A professional scotchguard treatment is one of the easiest and most effective options to protect against spills or stains and keep pet hair at bay.
9. Getting your sofa professionally cleaned once every 6-8 months will not only take care of the nooks and corners that you can't reach, it will also make it more durable.
10. Fibre-filled backs and armrests will flatten with regular use. However, they can be brought back to shape as easily as a normal pillow.
11. Leatherette products need to undergo periodic maintenance to prevent cracking or peeling in the long run. Vinyl conditioner or leather conditioner needs to be applied to the product every 3 to 4 months for a long product life.


As dust and dirt cause fabric to wear faster, we recommend vacuuming regularly with an upholstery attachment., Flip, rotate and fluff removable cushions regularly to ensure even wear and increase longevity. Backing and arm rest has been filled with non-conjugated Polly fill to give the best comfort however this may sag during over the period of usage that not been as defect and can be reform the shape by manual movement of poly fill., At some area you may find some folds of fabric/leatherette and this comes under design aspects and not being seen as defect., Tight (attached) cushions will stretch and wrinkle with use. You can easily restore their appearance by smoothing the surface and tucking excess upholstery into the sides of the seat or back., To minimize fading, avoid placing your upholstered furniture in direct sunlight. Dark fabrics and natural fibers like cotton are most susceptible to fading., An annual professional cleaning will keep your upholstered furniture looking its best.

Try and use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on your dining table or any other table which is subject to daily and heavy use.
Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.
To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.

For fabric chairs the fabric should be vacuum cleaned atleast once a week

Removing Stain: For removing stains of ink, cosmetics, shoe polish, oil and grease, dampen the stain with warm water and rub gently with a neutral soap. Rinse thoroughly and after drying, brush the fabric with a soft brush.

Promptly treat spots and stains. An international Fabric are study confirmed the detrimental effects of allowing stains to age, when they could have been successfully removed, if treated immediately. After one week, 20% of stains could not be removed. After 3 weeks, 50% of stains could not be removed. If a stain has oxidized, or totally hardened, it forms an insoluble product that cannot be removed.


It is advisable to pre-test any cleaning solution on your sofa upholstery for colour loss and fabric compatibility. The pre-test can be done on the rear / invisible part of the sofa.


DONT'S

Protect from the sun. Ultraviolet light can cause deterioration.

Keep pets off the furniture. Pet's body oils rub off and are very difficult to remove

It is important that one carefully protects the upholstery of the chair against sharp objects or objects with sharp edges to prevent tearing of the upholstery.

Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents like nitro based thinners, acetone, nail varnish remover as these can damage the surface.

Do not stand or sit on the sofa backrest and armrest as this will damage the sofa. This usually happens when someone is trying to access heights in the house (for cleaning the ceiling, retrieving an object stored at a height etc.) and uses the sofa as the means.
Also avoid standing on your sofa to ensure durability and stability.

Warranty

We offer a 24hrs Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
